At Crafter Mind, we're dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. We want our products to bring a profound sense of joy to your space, ensuring you keep coming back for more.

If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll do our utmost to resolve the issue, following some straightforward guidelines for exchanges, returns, and refunds.

**Regret and Withdrawal**

In the case of exchanges and returns due to regret or withdrawal, when the product is in perfect condition but doesn't meet your expectations, you have a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving the goods to request a return via phone or email.

**How to proceed for regret or withdrawal:**

1. Contact Crafter Mind support via email at support@craftermind.com 
2. Ship the product via postal service, with postage paid by you, to the return address (Crafter Mind Store).

**Important:** The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, without breaking the seal (if applicable), and accompanied by all its accessories.

Upon receiving the product and confirming the conditions mentioned above, Crafter Mind allows you to choose between:

- Receiving store credit at Crafter Mind for the total amount paid, usable for an immediate or future purchase with a validity of 6 months.
- Refunding the product value through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

*If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, please wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address indicated by the company, and the refund will be processed upon receipt.

*Crafter Mind is not obliged to exchange any product whose defect has been caused by misuse or meet requests outside the mentioned deadlines.

We provide product measurements in centimeters to avoid size selection errors.

According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, the store is not legally obligated to exchange products due to customer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other hypothesis. The right guaranteed to the customer by the consumer protection code is to exchange only defective products.

**Other Occurrences**

All occurrences mentioned above and any others identified should be communicated to Crafter Mind by phone or through the email support@craftermind.com 

Products returned without this communication, beyond the deadline, or lacking items/accessories may be resent without prior consultation.

In addition to the mentioned occurrences, if any of the below scenarios happen, product acceptance should be refused.

- Open or damaged packaging;
- Damaged product;
- Product not matching the order;
- Lack of accessories.

If, despite this, you receive the product, please contact Crafter Mind Store support within 72 hours from the receipt.
